Carol is the Pilates queen! She has a great personality and an incredible knowledge of Pilates, I think she used to own her own studio. An amazing workout and has you smiling during her class!

Wow. Today was my first Bar class. I was apprehensive beforehand, but I was quickly put at ease by a wonderful instructor by the name of Amie. Amie was kind and very generous of her time during class. I’m known to be extremely uncoordinated, so her assistance with helping me nail the positions (or try to at least, who am I kidding!) left me very appreciative. Thanks Amie and The Bar Effect! Looking forward to my next, less awkward attempt at Bar.
