Truckee Pilates is an established full service Pilates Studio. Consisting of 4 reformers, 2 with attached towers, 1 full Cadillac, a chair, and 2 half barrels. Our studio also offers a wide variety of extra props, such as the Bosu, exercise balls, Theraband, soft weights, balance boards, rotating discs, and more. With years of experience our certified staff provides excellent Pilates and Pilates based training. We enjoy using all the different pieces of equipment to provide a wide range of exercises for the whole body. We offer specialty classes in Tai Chi, stretching, Pre & Post Natal Pilates, sport specific Pilates, ski conditioning, Pilates for racquet sports, golfing, and much more.
High Fives Non-Profit Foundation based in Truckee, CA became an official 501c.3 non-profit on January 19, 2010. Founded by Roy Tuscany, the Tahoe based organization is dedicated to raising money and awareness for athletes that have suffered a life altering injury while pursuing their dream in the winter action sports community.
