Partnering up with The High Fives Foundation in 2011 has given her experience in working with injured athletes of all levels. After 8 years on the Snowboard Circuit, Michelle rehabbed her knee of 9 surgeries with Bar workouts. The Bar Effect now allows for an active life style with 10 year old twins.
