-Organic Grass Fed Beef

-No White Stuff- we use whole grains and natural sugars, never any white flour or sugar!

-We make our Own Sauces!

THE BAR EFFECT WORKOUTS

 -TWO 90 minute intense Bar Effect workouts each day

-PACKAGES DON’T INCLUDE : Airfare or transportation
